Privacy policy: All patient consultations and medical records are strictly confidential and are protected by law. Our practice policy is to maintain confidentiality at all times and only provide this information to authorised medical personnel involved in you care.

Reminder/recall system: You may receive reminder notices appropriate to your care. This may include recall letters or SMS messages for follow up appointments or procedures. It is part of our medicolegal responsibility to provide such notification. If you do not wish to receive these notices please advise our practice.

Transfer of medical records: From time to time it is necessary to change  practitioners. If you would like to transfer your medical records please notify our office in writing
